Access within your own account is governed by the permissions and controls you configure, so you decide who on your team can see and work with what
Will our data be used to train AI or machine learning models?
Only by you, for your own purposes. CoBaseKRM does not use your data to train any shared, global, or cross-customer models. The only models trained on your data are the ones you choose to build, on your own knowledge assets, for your own use. Your data never becomes training material for anyone else.
Is our data ever shared with other customers or third parties?
No. We do not share your data with anyone — not with other customers, not with outside parties, and not in any combined, aggregated, or anonymized form. Your knowledge assets remain yours alone. There is no pooling of customer data behind the scenes.
